With their investment portfolio using various technologies to run their businesses, and ambitious growth plans for other high quality investments, Adamantem was looking for a specialist M&A technology advisor that could help understand the cyber security risk profile across their portfolio, minimise the risks of cyber attacks, and strengthen the resiliency of portfolio companies to respond.

The Solution 

On behalf of Adamantem, we worked collaboratively with individual management teams within the Adamantem portfolio, working with our custom portfolio cyber assessment methodology based on a well known global framework. Our approach is sympathetic to business size and complexity, and allows for easy addition or removal of investments from a portfolio.

Our assessment included the complex layer of the existing people, processes and technologies to help protect the organisation against cyber threats, passive digital threat analysis, potential risk areas and priorities for remediation.

The Impact
