CTO Labs has supported leading private equity & venture capital firm Five V Capital on their investment in Digital Matter, a global leader in IoT asset tracking hardware and software.

The investment supports Five V Capital's strategy of partnering with world-class technology management teams who are driving innovative solutions in significant and expanding global markets. Digital Matter is known for high quality, cutting-edge solutions, and their technology is making a significant impact internationally across transport, manufacturing, retail, mining industries, and more.

CTO Labs acted as the Hardware, Software & Security Due Diligence advisor to Five V working closely with Five V and Digital Matter to gain deep capability insight into the Digital Matter hardware, firmware, and supporting software platform. CTO Labs also provided technology disruption advice in relation to emerging trends in the industry to support Digital Matter’s growth ambitions.
