CTO Labs supported private equity & venture capital firm Five V Capital on their investment in emergency management software provider Critical Arc. The deal is part of the Five V Frontier strategy supporting best emerging growth companies.

CTO Labs is delighted to have supported private equity & venture capital firm Five V Capital on their investment in Critical Arc, a leading emergency management solution provider. The investment is in line with Five V Capital’s focus on partnering with ANZ’s best emerging growth companies as part of their Frontier strategy.

Critical Arc and its signature platform SafeZone was founded in 2011. The tool helps dispersed security teams handle emergency situations and daily tasks effectively and rapidly in real time through a single, secure, unified platform, one that also provides valuable data insights to enhance safety strategies.Today Critical Arc has gained an impressive customer base across Australia, US, and UK, in the higher education, healthcare, government and infrastructure sectors.

CTO Labs acted as Technology Due Diligence Advisor to Five V Capital working closely with the team at Five V Capital and Critical Arc to shed deep independent insight into the technical performance and further scalability of Critical Arc software, including SafeZone.

The CTO Labs Team included Tom Xu, Darren Smith, Kelly Benson, David De Angelis, Kitson Kelly.

The Five V team included Chris Adams, Elliott Whelan and Jemma Potezny.
