CTO Labs has supported FIVE V Capital as Technical and Cybersecurity Diligence Advisor as part of their their investment in OrbitRemit, a digital cross border payment platform.

CTO Labs has supported leading private equity & venture capital firm FIVE V Capital on their investment in OrbitRemit, a leading provider of money transfer services from New Zealand and Australia to the world.

OrbitRemit is a New Zealand born success story, established in 2008, today providing simple, accessible and transparent money transfers around the world for millions of transfers a year.

The transaction is another successful installment for the Five V New Zealand office, a team focused on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management across the local market, working closely with the broader Five V team in Australia.

CTO Labs acted as Technical and Cybersecurity buy-side diligence advisor to Five V Capital working closely with Five V New Zealand and Australia, and the team at OrbitRemit. Our scope included software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, code forensics, and integration capability assessment, to identify opportunities, manage risk and help highlight the full potential of the proprietary technology of OrbitRemit.

The CTO Labs M&A team included Kitson Kelly and Isaac Schultz.
