CTO Labs has supported leading private equity firm Pemba Capital Partners on their investment in specialist cybersecurity firm ctrl:cyber.
The acquisition follows Pemba Capital's focus on partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs to provide equity capital for growth, strategic support for accelerated scaling and liquidity for shareholders.
ctrl:cyber, an early adopter of subscription cybersecurity services, provides state of the art cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the country. They sought a capital partner to accelerate their growth and solidify their status as a top-tier cybersecurity provider.
CTO Labs acted as Technology Due Diligence advisor to Pemba Capital, working closely with Pemba Capital and ctrl:cyber to gain insight into the ctrl:cyber product and service suite including their cutting edge Risk Operations Centre, helping evaluate and quantify the technology considerations of their unique value proposition and gauge their ability to scale.
