CTO Labs has assisted private equity firm Whiteoak on their investment in Avolution, a recognised leading provider of enterprise architecture software.
The investment is in line with the Whiteoak focus on high-quality, growth phase Australian companies, adding capital and deep strategic support to help them succeed globally.
The Avolution partnership with Whiteoak is aimed at accelerating their growth through product development, sales and marketing, and solidify its position in the global enterprise market. Avolution’s ABACUS software is recognised as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools.
CTO Labs acted as Tech Due Diligence advisor to Whiteoak working closely with the team at Avolution to enable clear, commercially informed technical insight into Avolution tech and the ABACUS product suite.
