The CTO Labs Culture Catalyst Awards are part of our annual end of financial year offsite; an important event in our calendar to reconnect as a team, recognise achievement, and reset strategy for the year ahead. (And have a little fun too.)

The 3 Culture Catalyst Awards recognise those members of the team who have embodied our distinct company culture and through this helped drive success. 1 Award is chosen by each CTO Labs co-founder, and 1 Award is based on nominations from peers.
